Driveway ResurfacingGreen Tech Resurfacing solved a huge problem for me by applying their product over some very badly peeling sierra stone on my driveway. Nelson and all his crew were excellent to deal with in all aspects.The end product looks great and they were very professional to deal with.

Rubber Surfaced PatiosGreen Tech Resurfacing covered two patios previously finished with limestone slabs which had cracked, chipped, and lifted in chunks producing a mess. After we blasted it as best we could with a pressure washer, Green Tech resurfaced those 2 and another concrete slab with a reasonably priced (considerably less than a competitor) and attractive surface that should last for a long time! It was a huge relief not to have had to remove the still cemented on limestone that remained.
It is comfortable to walk on (giving ever so slightly & warm but doesn't dent and hasn't got hot on 24C+ days).
Nelson was great about giving us a best date for installation and for letting us know as soon as he could when the weather forecast meant it would have to be postponed. He also made a huge effort to give us as all the information about the surfacing and process. He and his great crew were in and out in no time.

Replaced Concrete Decking at Dock at Vancouver Marina This was a long term problem where covering over existing concrete was impossible until we came upon Nelson and his team, they covered the dock and when finished the dock looked better than new, I would recommend Nelson to any one needing to cover up worn out cracked or as in our case damage concrete, we tried finding a solution for years until we contacted Nelson the result was amazing.

The Green Tech Team Resurfaced our Asphalt Driveway, Flagstone Front Side Walk/Stairs and Concrete Garage Floor  This relatively large project was done in two phases with the driveway and sidewalk resurfaced in the first day and a half and the garage done several weeks later. Green Tech was very flexible on the timing of the work and adjusted their schedule to fit in with ours. The team arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and times. All team members were cordial and responsive to our questions and suggestions. They went about their work cheerfully, professionally and with great camaraderie despite the very hot weather during the driveway phase. The work was carefully done and the work-areas fully cleaned up at the end of the day. The cost work of the completed work corresponded to the initial estimate with no "surprises". The finished product looks great, met our expectations and has stimulated many positive comments and interest from neighbours and visitors.

Rubberized Resurfacing Of Walkway, Steps and Patio Nelson provided a very thorough on site quote free of charge and followed up with a site visit to confirm the scope of work in writing. He has a very friendly disposition and both times he was on time and very professional.

The work crew showed up right on time and went over the scope of work with me before starting the job. The workmanship was excellent and they thoroughly cleaned the area after the job was complete.

In summary, both Nelson and his crew were extremely courteous and professional. The product has great curb appeal and is very durable. I would highly recommend Greentech and will have them back for future jobs at my house.
